EMDSL 2020 Outdoor Soccer Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation in the EMDSL League, and submit payment.

 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

 

Please have the following info before proceeding. Team Name, Home field Location Address, Home field game day and Time.

 

IF YOU USE A CITY OF LONDON FIELD. JUST TYPE IN THE WORD "CITY"
